At Fresh Roasted Coffee, we want you to love every brew; if you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us within 30 days of delivery for a replacement or refund. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we typically do not require coffee to be mailed back to us.

Once confirmed, replacements are roasted and shipped within 48 hours, or refunds are processed back to your bank within 5-7 business days.
